We have  done some sub contracting work on several jobs over the past couple years for ProRoots, also had them do the concrete on a commercial job for us last fall. I can honestly say that management here takes their customer base very serious . Wether it’s a small parking pad in a back yard or a 50mpa  commercial slab it gets done in the same professional manner. No shortcuts. These guys have placed more concrete than most people have ever walked on. Pete the estimator has been doing what he’s doing for a long time from what I can tell. Mike is very approachable. Mike and his crew did excellent work on our backyard patio. They were punctual and respectful of our property throughout the project. In a nutshell, I found ProRoots Developments Ltd. to be exemplary. Their appraiser (Pete) was Johnny-on-the-spot. His appraisal was exacting, and he was more than willing to incorporate any revisions as the process evolved. Please note that they underbid one of the largest and most successful concrete firms in Lethbridge by more than $1,000. During the demolition and preparation phases, Clay and Conor epitomized the face of Mike Rootselaar’s company. They were friendly, helpful, fastidious, and very professional from start to finish. The pour was timed for optimal weather conditions, and Mike was in the thick of it. I learned that he’s personally involved in the heavy lifting of every pour. What a team and what a product!  ProRoots is an exceedingly easy firm to recommend to anyone over and over again. You’re really going to get the best bang for your buck.
